Windsor 3000 Huron is a premier high-rise residential development in Denver’s Union Station North, offering modern design, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking city skyline views. As part of this project, Douglass Colony Group provided expert roofing, waterproofing, and cladding solutions to ensure durability, performance, and aesthetic appeal.

DCG’s scope of work included installing 19,600 sq. ft. of Elevate TPO roofing, ensuring superior weather resistance and energy efficiency. To enhance waterproofing, we applied 10,400 sq. ft. of Hydrotech hot fluid-applied waterproofing, providing long-lasting protection against moisture intrusion. Additionally, 2,600 sq. ft. of Vancouver Bay Series pavers were installed, creating a stylish and functional rooftop space for residents.

The project also featured 1,100 linear feet of Holcim roof metal flashings for improved water management and durability. For exterior aesthetics, we installed 4,000 sq. ft. of Prodema Rustik wood cladding, adding a warm and modern touch. Complementing this, 3,000 sq. ft. of Berridge FW-12 metal panels and trim flashings were incorporated, delivering a sleek and durable façade.

Completed in 2024, this multi-family apartment building stands as a testament to high-quality construction and cutting-edge materials.
