During NRCA’s Virtual Awards Ceremony held March 5, finalists, honorable mentions and winners of the Roofing Alliance’s 2021 Gold Circle Awards were announced. Gold Circle Awards recognize Roofing Alliance and NRCA members who make significant contributions to the roofing industry in various categories.

This building modernization included new construction as well as extensive renovations, adding nearly 95,000 sq ft to a 130-year-old government complex.
Platte Fifteen is Denver’s first structure to utilize sustainable cross-laminated timber, or CLT. This five-story, 150,000-sq-ft building features highly efficient floor plates and zero-lot-line construction.
Sustainability, lower operating costs and return on investment all became paramount issues for the development of this system that will serve the Colorado nonprofit and surrounding Jewish community.
