Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Inspector to join our team. The Safety Inspector will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety within our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement safety plans and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
– Provide education to employees on safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
– Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
– Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety programs that promote a culture of safety throughout the organization
– Stay up to date with changes in safety regulations and industry best practices.
-Maintain our zero accident/tolerance culture on projects.
– Assist with executing our safety strategy thru counseling and policy enforcement.
– Monitor safety program implementation on jobs.
– Conduct daily safety audits, inspection of equipment of several projects in the region.
– Coordinate and ensure full compliance with all federal, state, local and company safety regulations.
– Ensure projects have the necessary documentation SDS, Site Plan, Etc.
– Record/forward electronic safety audits, incident/infraction reports, safety related meeting to Safety Director and team members involved.
– Participate in all foreman meetings, OSHA trainings, preconstruction activities, jobsite safety meetings, and various training within the company.
– Accident reporting and follow up with doctors.
Job Requirements:
– Formal safety training or direct experience.
– Proven experience as a Safety Inspector or similar role in a Construction industry setting.
– In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, and other relevant safety standards.
– Must have a valid driver license and pass background check.
– Experience in training development and delivery on safety topics.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing abilities.
– Proficiency in using software applications for data analysis and reporting.
– Computer skills in Microsoft windows, excel, PowerPoint, I-pad and email.
– Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferable.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple projects while representing the company and workforce professionally.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Clean driving record, background check, and drug test required.
