Wilder Apartments
Wilder Apartments is an adventurous new address that blends modern urban living with Denver’s love for the outdoors. With architecture inspired by natural elements and a focus on well-being, Wilder offers residents a thoughtfully designed home base in the heart of the city. Douglass Colony Group was proud to contribute to this unique multi-family development by delivering expert roofing, waterproofing, and metal panel solutions that complement both the structure’s performance and aesthetic goals.
Our scope of work included 209.5 squares of TPO roofing from Johns Manville, offering superior durability and energy efficiency. For critical moisture protection, 138.5 squares of Hydrotech waterproofing were applied, along with 59.5 squares of pavers to enhance rooftop functionality. The building’s striking exterior features 17,410 square feet of Berridge metal wall panels, 1,430 linear feet of coping, and 1,160 square feet of Trespa Pura wood panels, adding a natural warmth to the modern design.
Completed in 2025, the Wilder project showcases Douglass Colony Group’s ability to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for Colorado’s evolving residential landscape.
