Completed in August 2024, the Populus Hotel is a striking addition to downtown Denver, blending innovative architecture with performance-driven construction. Douglass Colony Group played a key role in delivering several critical exterior scopes for this standout hospitality project.

Our team installed 6,850 square feet of Carlisle Sure-White EPDM roofing, chosen for its durability and energy
efficiency. We also applied 1,700 square feet of Hydrotech waterproofing, ensuring long-term moisture protection in high-risk areas. To enhance rooftop usability and aesthetics, we laid down 1,100 square feet of Hanover pavers, offering strength and visual appeal. Custom sheet metal flashing fabricated from Berridge materials provided clean, precise detailing while protecting the building envelope.
