Douglass Colony partnered with ICI and Turner Construction on the Meow Wolf Denver project; ICI installed 8′ x 44′ FRAMECAD light gauge steel panels with pre-installed exterior sheathing and weather barrier. Steel and sheathing combined, the 66 panels weighed more than 50 tons. To save time and money, the panels were fabricated and assembled off-site in our factory-controlled warehouse in Commerce City, CO.

The Meow Wolf Denver project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2021. Read more about the project in Colorado Construction & Design magazine
