Douglas County Library

Metals, Roofing

Douglass Colony Group recognizes the importance of protecting a building housing so many items that could easily be destroyed by natural elements. The new Douglas County library in Castle Rock is now home to not only public access books for the community, but also the administrative offices and the Archives & Local History department. Customers can now receive specialized help with historical, archival and genealogical projects!

Douglass Colony was responsible for installing a new EPDM Roof System over the new building specifically being used for the administrative offices and Archives & Local History department/collections. We clad the building with an air barrier, insulation, and finally Large Format Flat Seam Metal wall panels and corrugated panels in an alternating pattern.

Patrons can now visit the library knowing the archives and collections are protected.
