Chamonix Hotel, Casino & Conference Center
Douglass Colony Group is excited to highlight our recent contributions to the Chamonix Hotel Casino & Conference Center, a remarkable addition to the vibrant landscape of hospitality and entertainment. Completed in October 2024, this project showcases our expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and hardscape solutions, all tailored to meet the needs of this multi-faceted venue.
Our work began with the installation of a high-performance Sarnafil PVC roofing system across 80,000 square feet. This cutting-edge material is known for its durability and energy efficiency, providing the hotel with a reliable barrier against the elements while contributing to sustainable building practices. In addition to roofing, we implemented a comprehensive waterproofing system using Hydrotech materials. Covering 6,000 square feet, this waterproofing solution safeguards the property against water infiltration, ensuring that the interior spaces remain dry and comfortable for guests year-round. To elevate the outdoor experience, we also installed TileTech pavers, which add both functionality and beauty to the outdoor spaces of the hotel and conference center.
Working alongside the team at Hensel Phelps, our collaboration was instrumental in adhering to the project timeline and ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the construction process.
