2nd & Adams Cherry Creek
Completed in 2025, Second & Adams is a mixed-use commercial and retail development designed to elevate the Cherry Creek neighborhood by blending modern architecture with an active, community-focused retail environment. Located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Adams Street, the building supports a dynamic mix of work, shopping, and leisure, contributing to the area’s continued growth and vibrancy.
Douglass Colony Group delivered a fully integrated exterior scope, providing roofing, waterproofing, FRAMECAD, architectural metals, and ongoing maintenance services. The project features 19,514 square feet of Carlisle GREY TPO roofing, ensuring long-term performance and energy efficiency. Douglass Colony also installed flush-seam metal panels at the stair cores and garage entrance, metal screen wall panels, and Alucobond ACM column wraps and balcony fascia to create a cohesive, high-end façade.
Outdoor amenity areas were enhanced with 968 square feet of Atlas Concord porcelain pavers and 604 square feet of Bison IPE wood pavers, balancing durability with refined aesthetics. By coordinating multiple trades and materials—including AEP Span metal systems — Douglass Colony delivered a streamlined construction process and a unified architectural vision. The result is a durable, visually striking building that supports both tenants and the surrounding community.
