We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing and a proven track record of successfully leading crews in a commercial setting. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship in alignment with our company’s mission and vision, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize tasks, materials, and equipment needed for each project.
- Train and mentor roofing crew members, providing guidance on best practices, safety protocols, and job-specific techniques.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project, maintaining open communication with team members and management.
- Complete required paperwork, including daily job logs, safety reports, and time sheets, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as a positive role model for team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated expertise in various roofing systems and materials including composite sheet metal.
- Proven track record of successfully leading crews in a commercial roofing environment, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices related to roofing installation and construction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test and physical examination.

Job Summary: Join our team as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, overseeing multiple roofing projects to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality completion. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and extensive knowledge of roofing practices and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of commercial roofing projects.
- Manage and direct roofing crews, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to communicate project status and resolve issues.
- Ensure all roofing activities comply with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Oversee and manage sheet metal roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead a team of skilled roofers and laborers, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal roofing systems, including ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) roofing.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 of experience in commercial sheet metal roofing, including ACM systems.
